Data Deletion

How to request deletion

Email privacy@adarshaauto.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the name, phone number, and vehicle registration number the data relates to, and the dealership involved, so we can locate the records. You can also raise the request with your Adarsha Warranty dealership.

Dealership staff accounts are provisioned by an administrator; to deactivate an account or change its details, contact your dealership administrator or email us at the address above.

What we delete

• Account and profile details (name, email, phone, region).
• Customer contact details and lead information, where no active warranty or legal obligation requires them.
• Inspection, claim, and job-card photos and videos, where no active claim or legal obligation requires them.
• Device sign-in and call-dial telemetry associated with the request.

What we may retain

We may keep warranty, renewal, claim, and payment records where retention is required by law, tax rules, warranty terms, or audit obligations. Retained records remain protected under our Privacy Policy.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. We may ask for information needed to verify the request before acting.
